Paul Lestage

Paul LeStage has extensive experience in the fitness and maintenance industries, currently serving as the Maintenance Manager at Club Fit since February 1998, responsible for overseeing daily maintenance procedures and small projects. Previously, Paul held the role of Maintenance Coordinator, where responsibilities included task delegation, budget management, and customer service, along with certifications as a Pool Operator and experience in building maintenance. Prior to Club Fit, Paul worked as a Fitness Professional at GE Crotonville, where duties ranged from supervising fitness areas to creating employee incentive programs. Paul began their career as a Mechanic and Sales representative at The Spoke, specializing in bicycle repairs and customer engagement. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Castleton University.
