Laura Koelling

Laura Koelling, SHRM-SCP, PHR, MHRM, has extensive experience in human resources and group fitness instruction. Since May 2012, Koelling has served as an HR Compliance & Employee Relations Advisor at Ameren, focusing on employee relations, compliance, and internal investigations. Additionally, Koelling has been a Group Fitness Instructor at Club Fitness and The Rec since 2018 and 2020, respectively, and has taught various fitness classes at several gyms including Gold's Gym and Gateway Region YMCA. Koelling's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Southern Illinois University. Additional experience includes roles in human resources management and recruitment at various organizations, including Walt Disney World.
