Herda Sandyamira

Herda Sandyamira is a co-founder of Club Kyta, focusing on omni-channel distribution for direct-to-consumer lifestyle products in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities in Indonesia since January 2024. Previously, Herda served as a senior product manager and PMO at PasarPolis Indonesia, where collaboration with multiple stakeholders facilitated the development of an MVP for a customer insurance marketplace and a new agency operation in Vietnam. Herda's experience includes an MBA summer internship at Siemens Digital Industries Software, emphasizing market potential analysis, and a significant tenure at Saipem, progressing from junior structure engineer to project engineer roles, where involvement in multi-disciplinary design and project management for LNG and offshore projects was key. Herda's academic background includes an MBA from SDA Bocconi and bachelor's degrees in Ocean Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung and Computer Engineering from Universitas Katolik Parahyangan.
