Grace Downes is an experienced professional in garment technology and quality control, currently serving as the Head of Garment Technology and Quality Control at Club L London since August 2023. Previously, Grace held the position of Sourcing Manager at Sosandar from April 2022 to August 2023 and at Missguided from September 2016 to April 2022, where responsibilities included returns and supply base development management. Grace's career began at Cohen and Wilks International Ltd, progressing from an Assistant QA/Merchandiser/Designer to QA/Garment Technologist for childrenswear, and included roles at N Brown Group, Republic (Retail) Ltd, and Henri Lloyd. Grace earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Fashion Design from the University of Leeds between 2006 and 2010.
