Jennifer A. Beck, CCM, CCE, has extensive experience in club management, having served as GM/COO for the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) since 1987. Prior roles include General Manager at the Woman’s Club of Wisconsin from July 2019 to August 2022, as well as General Manager/COO at Tuckaway Country Club (May 2008 - September 2012) and Manager at Glen Oak Country Club (August 1997 - November 2007). Jennifer also held the position of Clubhouse Manager at Medinah Country Club from September 1993 to September 1994. Jennifer A. Beck earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout between 1983 and 1986.

The Club Management Association of America (CMAA) is the largest professional association for managers of membership clubs with 6,800 members throughout the US and internationally. Founded in 1927 as the Club Managers Association of America, the name was changed in 2018 to better reflect the composition of CMAA’s membership. CMAA’s members contribute to the success of more than 2,500 country, golf, athletic, city, faculty, military, town, and yacht clubs. The objectives of the Association are to promote relationships between club management professionals and other similar professions; to encourage the education and advancement of members; and to provide the resources needed for efficient and successful club operations.
