Russell Kobayashi

Russell Kobayashi serves as Co-Founder and COO of Mountain Lion Home Management & Concierge since April 2018. With extensive experience in club management, Russell earned the Certified Club Manager (CCM) designation in December 2013 and has been affiliated with the Club Managers Association of America (CMAA) since November 2007. Prior roles include Director of Operations at ClubCorp, overseeing all operations from January to June 2017, and Clubhouse Manager/F&B Director at Lahontan Golf Club from January 2002 to October 2016. Russell began their managerial career as General Manager at Aqua Development Inc from February 1999 to February 2002 and at Real Restaurants from 1996 to 1999. Russell holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Colorado Boulder, completed in 1989.
