Spencer Mims

Spencer Mims possesses a diverse background in education and customer service, currently serving as an Academic and Executive Functioning Coach at Club Xcite since December 2020, where individualized support in academic tutoring and executive functioning is provided. Concurrently, Spencer has been an Instructional Assistant for the Poway Unified School District since October 2019, assisting in special education by supporting teachers and addressing students' physical needs. Previous roles include serving as a Lead at Aztec Shops Ltd. and as a server at SUSHI DELI INC, where exceptional customer service was delivered. Spencer's experiences as a Group Leader for GPI US, Inc. involved teaching interpersonal skills to Japanese students, complemented by experience as a Virtual Administrative Assistant at Captured by Agape Photography. Spencer holds a Preliminary Teaching Credential in Special Education and a Bachelor’s Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from San Diego State University.
