Sarah Gonzales

Sarah Gonzales is an experienced recruiter currently serving as the Lead Recruiter for the Acadiana market at Franciscan Missionaries of Our Lady Health System since April 2017. Formerly held positions as Recruiter 2, Recruiter, and Recruiting Coordinator. In addition to recruitment, Sarah has been a Group Fitness Instructor at CLUB4 Fitness since July 2022. Previously, Sarah worked as a Dance Instructor at River Dance Centre for nearly a decade, teaching children aged 3 to 13 and choreographing dances for annual performances. Earlier experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Our Lady of Lourdes Regional Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed various HR duties and assistance with talent acquisition processes. Sarah Gonzales earned a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2017.
