Sumanta Moitra has extensive experience in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as an MIce at Thomas Cook since April 2013. Concurrently, Sumanta has been with Club 7 Holidays Ltd since April 2009 as a Business Development and Networking Sales channel sales manager, overseeing a team of 17 members in Eastern India and focusing on the leisure market. Previous roles include Team Leader Leisure at Cox & Kings from August 2005 to March 2009, Head of Retail at Kuoni’s Kolkata Branch from April 2004 to July 2005, Executive Sales at Citi Travels from January 2003 to March 2004, and Customer Service Executive at i2i Media from December 2000 to December 2001. Sumanta holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Travel and Tourism from Nagpur University and a degree in Hotel Management and Catering Technology from Sri Balasaheb Tirpude College.
