Vinicius Almeida has over 18 years of work experience. From 2002 to 2005, they worked as a Training Instructor and Call Center Operator at McDonald's Corporation. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as a Call Center Supervisor, General Administrative Coordinator, and Call Center Coordinator at Contax. From 2008 to 2016, they worked in various roles such as Customer Service Process Manager, CRM Manager, UX and PO of Innovation Projects at Grupo Fleury. From 2019 to 2020, they were a Professor at Fundação Getulio Vargas. From 2020 to 2022, they were the Superintendent of CRM and Corporate Manager of CRM at Dasa. Currently, they are a CMO Partner at Clube FII.

Vinicius Almeida completed their Business degree from Universidade Paulista in 2012. After that, they pursued a Specialization Course in Quality and Productivity, Quality Control Technology from Fundação Vanzolini from 2013 to 2015. In 2017, they obtained an Extension: Design Thinking certification from ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing. Vinicius also earned a Scrum Gerenciamento Ágil de Projetos certification from Trainning Education in 2016 and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Ótima Estratégia e Gestão in 2012. Vinicius Almeida then went on to complete an MBA in Strategic Market Management from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 2018. Most recently, they obtained a Futuros Emergentes certification from Aerolito in 2021.
