Matt Rouse

Matt Rouse has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Matt most recently worked as the Director of Operations at ClubLink starting in February 2020. Prior to that, they served as a Part-Time Professor at Seneca College from October 2019 to April 2021. Matt also held various leadership roles at The Rosseau, a JW Marriott Resort & Spa, including Director of Room Operations from January 2018 to February 2020, Director of Food and Beverage from September 2015 to January 2018, and Food and Beverage Operations Manager from December 2011 to September 2015. Before joining The Rosseau, Matt was the Food and Beverage Manager at Temple Gardens Mineral Spa from April 2009 to November 2011. Matt also worked as the Food and Beverage Outlets Manager at Deerhurst Resort from August 2006 to March 2009.

Matt Rouse pursued their education at Tusculum University from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree with a focus on History.
