Brian Borack

Advisor at ClubNFT

Brian Borack has driven technology companies for the past 20+ years from large software and services companies including BMC Software, SoftServe, Enterasys Networks to software startups including Lane15 Software and RelayiQ. Brian’s career in technology started in 2000 as the co-founder of Lane15 Software, launched out of Austin Venture Labs (part of Austin Ventures). After completing the sale to one of the strategic investors, Brian moved to Enterasys Networks responsible for global and regional resellers, then onto BMC Software running global R&D Operations, and finally to SoftServe as the Chief Operating Officer. Brian left SoftServe in 2018 to pursue another software startup (RelayiQ) where he was a co-founder and CEO. RelayiQ’s mission is to solve the challenge of making data-driven decisions in the Enterprise while leveraging automation. RelayiQ was acquired by Astreya in late 2019 where Brian joined the company to drive software and company strategy and is still with Astreya as the M&A leader looking to drive in-organic growth. Brian also is a startup mentor at the Capital Factory, an active angel investor with Congress Avenue Ventures, and an advisor to a number of technology companies including ClubNFT and BlackCap Co.
