Diane Santilli

Diane Santilli has over two decades of experience in account management and client care, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at clubsystems group since October 2011. Prior roles at clubsystems group include Client Care Consultant and Systems Integrator & Trainer. Diane operated Service & Hospitality Enterprises, LLC from October 2007 to October 2011 as Owner and held the position of Food & Beverage Director at Old Lyme Country Club between August 2008 and December 2009. Earlier experience includes a Senior Systems Consultant role at Murray, Skerrett, and Associates and various positions at clubsystems group from 1997 to 2005, including Training Manager. Diane achieved higher education at the University of Miami from 1972 to 1975.
