Angelina Vilouta is a managing director at Accenture Talent & Organization/Human Potential Practice. Angelina has over 27 years of experience at Accenture helping to manage transformation behavioral change and learning programs, that drive business adoption and deliver value. Her primary focus is on strategic and operational transformations, including elevating companies’ performance of their workforce and talent.

Angelina leads the Global Accenture Academy, that enables clients to transform their workforces for the future of work, by leveraging AI-driven analytics and partner network, to unlock human potential and ensure workers have the new skills needed to drive significant and meaningful value in an era of perpetual change.

She has devoted herself to be a mentor, trusted advisor, and active sponsor for Hispanics at Accenture and the community. Angelina was recognized in 2019 & 2020 HITEC as one of the Top 100 Most Influential and notable Hispanic Professionals in IT. Angelina received a bachelor’s degree in Education Sciences and Psychology from Universidad de Belgrano (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Angelina lives in Edina, MN with her husband and three kids – two daughters and a son. She enjoys her family life, cooking, running, and traveling around the world.
