Previously, Lappin held the position of Director at COMPLETE Exploration & Development from August 2016 to May 2019 and was the Chair of Cluff Natural Resources. Lappin's extensive background includes roles such as Subsurface Director UK and Netherlands at Centrica Energy Upstream, General Manager Europe at Dart Energy, and several positions at ExxonMobil, including North Sea Joint Interest Advisor and Germany Exploration Manager.
