Ann Hayes

Ann Hayes is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project and operations management spanning multiple sectors. Currently serving as the New Business Delivery Programme Manager at Clúid Housing since September 2017, Ann manages the Development Officer team, overseeing the approval and funding stages of housing projects while ensuring effective tracking and reporting of progress. Prior to this, Ann held roles at Ericsson, including Business Operations Manager and Business Manager, where responsibilities featured leadership representation, budget management, and staff performance. Ann began in the technology field at Microsoft as a Business Administrator, supporting a large team across multiple countries, and has a foundation in operations management from Lites Group Ltd, where Ann rose to Operations Director. Ann holds a Bachelor’s Degree and a Diploma in Business Studies from University College Dublin.
