Starting as a National Training Coordinator at YMCA from 2003 to 2006, Leyla progressed to demand planning at Diageo, serving as Customer and Consumer Service Manager from August 2006 to January 2013. After a position at Ornua as Export Logistics Supply Chain Coordinator from February 2013 to October 2015, Leyla returned to Green Worldwide Shipping, LLC, first as Import Logistics from October 2016 to September 2019, followed by a role as Learning and Development Manager - People Team from September 2019 to April 2023.
