Dawn Severson

Dawn Severson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and program management. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Clutch since September 2023, Dawn provides strategic direction and innovative project management solutions. Prior to this role, Dawn was a Senior Customer Success Manager at Microsoft, where the focus was on ensuring successful business outcomes for enterprise customers through digital transformation initiatives. During a decade-long tenure at CDW, Dawn progressed from Project Coordinator to Project Management Office Manager, demonstrating leadership in complex projects, team coaching, and developing project management best practices. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
