Josh Elser

Josh Elser serves as the Managing Director at Susquehanna Growth Equity since July 2011, focusing on investments between $20-$200 million in growth-stage tech companies without outside capital or predefined timelines, favoring revenue growth and strong EBITDA margins. In addition to his role at Susquehanna International Group, Elser holds several board positions including SchooLinks, National Datacare Corporation, Muck Rack, Rentable, NoRedInk, Clutch.co, and PerkSpot, contributing to diverse sectors such as college readiness, senior care, public relations, real estate, education, market research, and employee benefits. Elser earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University.
