Matt Cain has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Matt started their career as a Nuclear Engineer in the US Navy from 1989 to 1995. Following their military service, they joined McDonald's as a District Manager and worked their way up to become a District Manager for 23 years. Matt then transitioned to Five Guys Enterprises as a District Manager for a short period from 2018 to 2020. Matt joined Bojangles' Restaurants, Inc. in 2016 as an Operating Partner and stayed with the company until 2020. Matt then joined Coastal Restaurant Holdings LLC as a Director of Operations from 2020 to 2022. Afterward, they became an Operations Manager at McDonald's from 2022 to 2024. Currently, Matt holds the position of Director of Operations at Clutch Coffee Bar starting from 2024. Overall, Matt has demonstrated expertise in leadership roles in the food and beverage industry along with considerable experience in operations management.
Matt Cain holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Washington, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995.
