Augie Chung

Augie Chung has over 20 years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as an Instructor for Rutgers University's Full Stack Web Development Bootcamp, teaching HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, Node, Express, React, MySql, and MongoDB. From 2013 to 2021, Chung worked for Clutch Holdings in various roles, including Vice President of Technology, Vice President of Technical Services, and Sr Director, Engineering / Loyalty Services. In 2009, they worked for mlb.com as a Mgr, Java Services / Sr Java Engineer, Mobile and for Skepsu LLC as an Architect / Co-founder. In 2010, they held a Technical Advisor role at Spinback. In 2007, they worked as Director Software Development and Chief Architect at Dayak, designing, architecting and building the dayak.com web application from the ground-up. From 2005 to 2001, they worked for OpenGate Consultant as a Senior Architect and Software Engineer, for eBay / half.com as a Sr. Software Engineer, and for VerticalNet as a Principal Engineer. In 2000, they were a Senior Consultant at Merrill Lynch.

Augie Chung attended Pennsbury High School from 1992 to 1992. Augie then attended Penn State University from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a degree in Computer Science & Engineering with a field of study in Computer Science and Engineering.
