Kristen Colvell

Kristen Colvell has over thirty years of work experience. Kristen began their career in 1983 as an Assistant Store Manager at The Camera Shop, Inc. In 1991, they moved on to become an Office Manager at Richard F. Pfeiffer. In 2003, they became the Designer/Owner of KLC Designs Jewelry. In 2008, they joined ProfitPoint, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive and Senior Business Advisor/Account Manager. Finally, in 2013, they began working at Clutch as a Senior Director of Product Management, Integrations, Director of Integrations and Education, Senior Project Manager/ScrumMaster, Project Manager, and Operations Manager. In their role as Operations Manager, Kristen was responsible for managing the Customer Support/Technical services group, providing customer and internal perspective on all new tools development, and overseeing the installation and maintenance of all new and existing clients.

Kristen Colvell has a High School Diploma from Keystone School Of BusinessSpringfield High School in Springfield, PA, which they obtained in 1986-1987. Kristen also has a Scrum Master Certification (CSM) from Continuing Education Courses in 2017, and a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Leading Agile, which they are currently pursuing. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications from LeadingAgile: Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Scrum Master Certified (SMC).
