Mark Theisen

Mark Theisen has a long and varied work experience, beginning in 2008 as a Day Crew at Burton Manor. In 2009, they began working as a Senior Front Desk Agent and Night Auditor at Comfort Inn, where they were responsible for customer service, managing reservations, and on-site complaint resolution. Mark also completed end of day bookkeeping. In 2013, they worked at MI Slingers as a Server/Bartender, Social Media and Advertising, where they were responsible for customer service, new hire training, and developing and orchestrating a new creative marketing campaign via social media. In 2016, they worked at Aerotek as a Referral Specialist, where they processed prior authorization requests for durable medical equipment and provided call center customer service for healthcare providers. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Superior HealthPlan in three different roles: Process Improvement Specialist, Project Coordinator II, and Referral Specialist I. Their roles included analyzing internal work processes for improvement opportunities, development of performance dashboards to track key metrics, coordination with team leadership to initiate change and manage projects, and processing prior authorization requests. In 2020, they were Co-Owner at Rubber Duck Analytics LLC. Currently, they are a Product Manager, Reporting & Analytics at Clutch.

Mark Theisen's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Biology, General from Albion College, which they obtained between 2008 and 2012. Mark also attended Schoolcraft College from 2011 to 2015, where they studied Pre-Nursing Studies. Prior to that, they received their High School Diploma from Franklin High School between 2004 and 2008. Mark also holds several certifications, including a Data Analyst Associate from Microsoft (2021), an Analyst certification from MicroStrategy (2020), a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) from Centene Corporation (2020), a Lean certification from Centene Corporation (2018), and a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (ICYB) from Centene Corporation (2018).
