Dennis Piatkowski has a diverse work experience in software engineering and game development. Dennis started their career at Heuris Logic as a Software Engineer, where they worked on cross-platform video import systems. Dennis then joined Virtumundo as a Senior Software Engineer, completing several web-based projects.
In 2003, Dennis started their own company, DrakkenWulf Enterprises, where they focused on converting Windows games to Mac platforms. Dennis also worked as a subcontractor for Virtual Programming during this time.
Dennis then joined Freeverse, a game development company, where they held the role of Senior Director of Pixels and Senior Software Architect. Dennis worked on a variety of projects for iPhone, Android, Mac, and Windows platforms. Freeverse was later acquired by DeNA, and Dennis continued working with the team.
Afterwards, Dennis joined ngmoco, where they supported their internal game engine and worked closely with the team from Freeverse. Dennis then transitioned to DeNA West when ngmoco was acquired by them, and continued coding support for their Unity3D-based game, Hellfire.
In 2015, Dennis joined ModernCoalition as a Senior Director of Pixels, where they designed and implemented a full-stack game in a short period of time. Dennis then joined KIXEYE as a Senior Software Engineer, working on the War Commander: Rogue Assault project.
Currently, Dennis is a contractor with ClutchPlay Games LLC, serving as the Senior Director of Pixels. Dennis appreciates the strong teamwork within the group.
