Matthew Shau has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries. In 2021, they joined Dentsu International as a Digital Strategist under Carat, Dentsu's award-winning media agency. In this role, they developed digital media strategies for agency clients, monitored campaign performances, and interacted with digital media publishers. Matthew also piloted the use of Dentsu Marketing Cloud for Abbott, which was featured in Campaign Asia's Agency Report Card 2021 and won awards at the MSAP ICE Awards 2021 and Carat Global Awards 2022. In 2018, they joined ClutchPoints as a Social Media Content Manager and Social Media Content Contributor. In 2019, they became a Digital Marketing Consultant for Far East Associates, where they managed the digital marketing efforts of the firm, primarily in their website and social media marketing efforts. In 2022, they joined WorkWith as a Student Growth Lead and Nittiv as a Digital Marketing Consultant. Matthew also worked as a Junior Media Buyer for a company in the energy industry in 2021, was a Contributing Editor for Wikipedia, the Free Encyclopedia in 2017, and a Social Media Content Lead for Flask Digital Labs in 2020. Additionally, they are Co-Owner of Tuzirowantuclothing since 2019.

Matthew Shau attained their Bachelor of Science in Management with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General from Ateneo de Manila University between 2015 and 2019. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Jubilee Christian Academy between 2011 and 2015. Matthew has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn, The Trade Desk, Twitter, and ReverseAds since 2022.
