Alan Watson

Alan Watson is a dedicated Chartered Building Surveyor with nearly twenty years of experience in project management, contract administration, design, and space planning. Currently, Alan serves as the Partner and Head of the Manchester Office for Cluttons, leading the northern region Project and Building Consultancy team. With a strong background in dilapidations, Alan has provided significant savings for tenants against Landlord's claims and is actively involved in negotiations for key clients. Alan's recent projects include major developments such as a 90,000ft² industrial warehouse in Newcastle and a rail terminal in Northampton. Alan's educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences from Edinburgh Napier University and an MSc in Commercial Building Surveying from Liverpool John Moores University.
