Tracy Ouellette

Tracy Ouellette has over 19 years of experience in sales and real estate. Tracy is currently the Director of Sales at InterRent Real Estate Investment Trust (IIP.UN), where they oversee the sales team. Prior to this role, Tracy held various positions at CLV GROUP, including Regional Sales Manager for Ontario and Quebec, Residential Property Manager, Residential Rental Agent, and Leasing Administrator. Tracy's expertise lies in rentals, customer care, team development, and marketing in core markets such as Montreal, Ottawa, and the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area. Tracy is known for their natural leadership skills and their focus on building a client-centric team model.

Tracy Ouellette completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from the University of Ottawa in 2001. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma from Nelson High School in Burlington, ON. In addition, Tracy has obtained various certifications in sales prospecting, becoming head of sales, crafting sales pitches with competitive differentiation, and sales management foundations from LinkedIn in 2019.
