Ryan Williams is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various executive and sous chef roles. Since February 2020, Ryan has served as Executive Chef at Clyde's Restaurant Group, following a similar position at City Works from March 2019 to February 2020. Prior to that, Ryan honed skills as Sous Chef at The Capital Grille, Joe's Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab, and Old Ebbitt Grill. An earlier role as Executive Chef at Mad Rose Tavern and Sous Chef positions at Smith & Wollensky and Seventh Lake House round out a diverse career in the food service industry. Ryan holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University, completed between 2000 and 2008.
