Emma Tanner

Emma Tanner is an associate attorney at Clyde Snow & Sessions, having begun this role in August 2021 after serving as a law clerk. Prior legal experience includes positions at Stirba, P.C. as a law clerk, and DigiCert, Inc. as a summer legal intern. Emma Tanner also gained experience as a legal intern at University of Utah Health and the Utah Attorney General's Office, and as a summer associate at Holland & Hart LLP. Prior to law school, Emma Tanner contributed to The Daily Utah Chronicle as an opinion editor and staff writer, and interned at the Utah Coalition Against Sexual Assault. Emma Tanner holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Utah.
