Ashley Jones

Ashley Jones is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in collaboration services and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Collaboration Services Engineer at Virgin Money since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ashley held various positions at BlackBerry from 2011 to 2021, including Senior Professional Services Consultant and Senior Technical Analyst, where comprehensive support was provided to Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, Ashley contributed as an IT Consultant at Spargonet, providing consultancy services to Société Générale, and served as a Senior Domino Administrator at the NHS Counter Fraud Authority, among other roles in the early career, including a Senior Messaging Analyst position at Barclays Capital.
