Chloe Stafford

Chloe Stafford is an experienced professional in people strategy and operations, currently serving as the Head of People Strategy, Systems and Insight at Virgin Money since September 2019, where previous roles included Head of People Strategy and Planning and Chief of Staff to the CEO. Additionally, Chloe holds the position of Pension Trustee Director for the CYB DB Pension Scheme since March 2022, contributing to the Administration Board Sub-Committee. Prior experience at The Co-operative Bank plc spans roles such as Commercial Delivery Manager and Restructure Manager, following a position as a Banking Leadership Graduate.
