Gillian Gilmour

Gillian Gilmour is an experienced risk management professional with a robust background in digital and technology risk. Currently serving as Head of Digital and Technology Risk at Virgin Money since June 2014, Gillian previously held the position of Senior Manager for IT & Resilience Risk at the same company. Prior experience includes roles at Direct Line Group as Risk Framework & Governance Manager and Enterprise Risk Partner, and at RBS as Change Audit Manager. Gillian’s career began at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Technology & Security Risk Services, followed by a role at ScottishPower as IT Controls & SOX Manager, and as an IT Risk Consultant at Arthur Andersen & Co. Educational qualifications include a degree in Information Management and a BA (Hons) in Economics and Business Law from the University of Strathclyde.
