Kirstine Forster is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various senior roles across reputable organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at Virgin Money since July 2023, Kirstine has previously held multiple senior positions at Nationwide Building Society, including Senior People Partner across several divisions focusing on retail service, operational model simplification, brand attraction, and central functions.
