Linda Robertson has extensive experience in financial services, currently serving as Head of Digital Channels and Head of Customer & Proposition at Virgin Money since July 2007. In this role, Linda has focused on Product and P&L Management across various channels including Branch, Phone, and Online, with oversight of Credit Cards, Savings, Mortgages, and Current Accounts. Prior to Virgin Money, Linda held several leadership positions at RBS from September 2002 to July 2007, including Commercial Director for Unsecured Loans, where responsibility included P&L management and product strategy development. Earlier career experiences include leading eCommerce marketing at ScottishPower, where Linda contributed to the creation of the first customer-facing website, and business development at Enterprise Ireland, promoting Irish businesses in Scotland. Linda holds a B.B.S. in Business Studies & German from Trinity College Dublin and completed an Erasmus program at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz.
