Lisa Keevash

Lisa Keevash brings extensive experience in organizational development and human resources, having served as a Senior Organization Development Consultant at Virgin Money from August 2014 to February 2022. In this role, Lisa focused on developing strategic initiatives while also holding positions such as Strategy Manager, where responsibilities included engaging stakeholders and driving strategic discussions, and Business Manager for the CEO Office, providing vital administrative support. Prior to Virgin Money, Lisa held various roles in the British Army, including Head of Human Resources Department, where strategic HR practices for over 600 staff were managed, and Training and Development Officer, overseeing the training welfare of recruits. Lisa also completed a commissioning course at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, further enhancing leadership and management skills.
