Mairi Hill

Mairi Hill is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Virgin Money UK PLC since October 2019. Previously, Mairi held several key roles at Clydesdale Bank from March 2016 to October 2019, including Head of Human Resources for Retail and Business Banking, as well as Head of Human Resources for Corporate Enterprise and Organisation Design. Prior experience includes leadership positions at NAB Group, Idesta Group Limited, Peoples Ford, BMW UK Rover Group, and GE Aerospace.
