Tracy Scoggins

Tracy Scoggins is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Business Support Manager for HR at Virgin Money since January 2020, where responsibilities include supporting the People Director and coordinating the HR Leadership Team's activities. Tracy's tenure at Virgin Money began in August 2000, during which time roles included HR Manager, overseeing effective recruitment and compliance with HR policies, and HR Business Partner, focused on staff management within specific business areas. Prior experience includes serving as Personnel Manager at The Stationery Office from April 1986 to April 1997. Tracy is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and holds a degree from Norwich City College.
