Fé Graauwmans

Fé Graauwmans has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. They started their career at The Kraft Heinz Company as an Intern Talent Acquisition in 2012. They then advanced to the role of European Graduate and MBA Manager, followed by a position as HR Business Partner Commercial Benelux. After working at The Kraft Heinz Company, Fé joined FrieslandCampina in 2016. At FrieslandCampina, they held roles as Talent Scout, Employee Journey Specialist (Agile), and HR Business Partner. Currently, Fé is employed at CM.com as a Senior HR Business Partner and has recently transitioned into the role of Lead HR Business Partner.

Fé Graauwmans pursued their education in the field of psychology. From 2007 to 2011, Fé attended Utrecht University and obtained a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in Psychology. Following this, from 2011 to 2012, Fé furthered their studies at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam), obtaining a Master of Science (Msc) degree in the field of Work and Organizational Psychology (Arbeids & Organisatiepsychologie).
