Nacim Kartout has had several work experiences in the tech support and customer service field. Nacim is currently working as a Tech Support in Southern Europe for CM.com since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Customer Support Advisor at Commify from September 2016 to January 2021. In this role, their responsibilities included providing technical support in SMS technology and delivering exemplary customer service in multiple languages. Before Commify, Nacim worked at Computacenter from December 2011 to September 2016. Nacim held two roles during their time at Computacenter, including Technical Senior Analyst on the Sanofi Project and Level 1 Analyst on the GSK Project. In these roles, they provided hardware and software support, managed teams, and handled ticket queue management and reporting.
Nacim Kartout received a Master's degree in Political Science from Université libre de Bruxelles, which was completed from 2003 to 2008. Additionally, Nacim obtained the ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management from Loyalist Exam Services in May 2015.
