Samir Benyacoub

Samir Benyacoub has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Samir started their career in 1998 as an Analyst Programmer at DUGELAY INFORMATIQUE, where they designed and implemented customized software and provided technical support services. In 2000, they joined Swapcom as an Integration Engineer, developing and delivering mobile data solutions for international customers. Samir later took on the role of Technical Account Manager, managing customer projects and providing training and support. In 2004, Samir joined mBlox as an Operations Engineer, managing SMS platforms and providing pre-sales and support services. Samir was later promoted to Pre-Sales Engineer, with responsibilities including championing sales of software solutions and managing relationships with key clients. In 2015, Samir joined CM Telecom France as a Pre-sales Engineer.

From 1998 to 2000, Samir Benyacoub studied at the Centre d'Etudes supérieures industrielles, where they obtained a BTS degree in Micro informatique et réseaux.
