Satheesh Kannan

Satheesh Kannan has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Satheesh is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at CM.com since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Eyefreight from October 2015 to June 2021, holding the position of a Senior Java Software Engineer. In this role, they were responsible for logistics and supply chain product maintenance, application development using Java 8, Spring, Spring Batch, Hibernate, ElasticSearch, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and Tomcat. Satheesh also evaluated technical impacts on business change requirements and followed Agile Scrum methodology for planning and estimations.

Before joining Eyefreight, Satheesh worked at HCL Technologies from December 2012 to October 2015. Satheesh held the position of Senior Software Engineer and gained experience in Java J2EE development, Scaled Agile Framework, TDD, and DevOps. Satheesh worked on various technologies such as Spring WS, Jax-WS, Spring MVC, Struts 2, JPA, DB2, and Morello CMS (SDL Trinidion). Satheesh also handled MQ client and migration to JMS services.

Prior to HCL Technologies, Satheesh worked at Interlace India Private Limited as a Software Engineer from June 2009 to June 2010. Here, they worked on coding, unit testing, and applications using Struts 1 and 2, JPA, and Oracle.

Their professional journey began at Medialynx, where they worked as a Java Developer from May 2008 to May 2009. Satheesh was responsible for coding, unit testing, and developing web applications for tracking team activities.

Overall, Satheesh Kannan has strong technical expertise in Java development and has gained experience in logistics and supply chain domains. Satheesh has shown proficiency in various technologies and has worked in both team lead and developer roles throughout their career.

Satheesh Kannan completed their Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication from Anna University, where they studied from 2003 to 2006. In addition, they also obtained a certification as a Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I) from Scrum.org in February 2022.
