Prior to this, Troy served as Vice President of Client Services at The Burt Group, Inc. from 2006 to January 2018, where responsibilities included overseeing client relationships and service delivery. Troy's career began in project management, holding positions at Constructors from January 2000 to September 2006, and at MIINC/Encompass from May 1994 to December 1999, showcasing a strong foundation in project oversight and execution.
