Crystal Cole is a seasoned project manager currently employed at CM Solutions since January 2022. Previously, Crystal worked at Aera Energy LLC as an Engineering Technical Associate from September 2018 to September 2021 and served as Project Controls at KBA ENGINEERING from March 2012 to September 2018. Crystal holds an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from San Joaquin Valley College-Bakersfield, completed between 2003 and 2005. Additionally, Crystal has pursued further education at the University of Phoenix.

CM Solutions (CMS) is a construction management firm specializing in project controls, project scheduling, cost controls, construction claims management and program management services, as well as staff augmentation. In addition we are a certified Women-Owned, Small Business Enterprise (WBE, SBE, DBE). CMS acts on behalf of the owner or general contractor in support of CPM scheduling and planning, construction management services and claims analysis. Our staff offers onsite support as well as real-world construction expertise. CMS maximizes clients resources by managing schedules using an strategic and interpretive view of the Critical Path Method thereby allowing the customer to focus on completing the tactical tasks within deadline parameters and within budget.
