Margrit has a strong background in project management, estimating, and business administration, with experience in growing businesses and handling various construction projects. Margrit also has a background in web development and marketing, having worked at mel:B Marketing as a Web Developer and Marketing Consultant. Margrit holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

CM Solutions (CMS) is a construction management firm specializing in project controls, project scheduling, cost controls, construction claims management and program management services, as well as staff augmentation.
