Luciana Bernucci has a long and varied work experience in the healthcare industry. Luciana began their career in 2001 as an Analyst of Costs for Planisa Planejamento e Organização de Instituições de Saúde. In 2006, they moved to Hospital Sírio-Libanês as a Senior Process Analyst, where they were responsible for the continuous improvement of both assistance and administrative processes, quality indicators management, and the implementation of internal audits. In 2012, they joined Telefônica Vivo as a Product Development Consultant, where they were responsible for the development and creation of technological solutions and the commercialization of new products for the corporate healthcare market. In 2015, they moved to Grupo NotreDame Intermédica as a Process Consultant, where they were responsible for the implementation of a new ERP system in all institutions of the group. In 2017, they joined MV S/A as a Channel and Partnerships Manager, where they were responsible for the construction of the Channel and Partnerships area, negotiating alliances and strategic partnerships with companies in the healthcare market. Finally, in 2018, they joined CM Tecnologia as the Head of Strategic Business and Partnerships, where they were responsible for the development of new business in strategic health market accounts, the realization of product potential expansion studies and large-scale commercialization, as well as the management of enterprise accounts, customer support solutions, and strategic partnerships for market innovation solutions.
Luciana Bernucci completed their undergraduate degree in Administration Hospitalar from Centro Universitário São Camilo in 2000. In 2002, they completed a specialization in Controladoria from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie. Luciana then completed a specialization in Gestão da Qualidade e Produtividade from Fundação Vanzolini in 2010. In 2016, they completed a specialization in Gestão de Processos from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Most recently, in 2020, they completed a specialization in Transformação Digital from Faculdade Israelita Albert Einstein.
