Brad Pappal currently serves as the Director of Business Development at CM3 Building Solutions, a company specializing in delivering building solutions for various sectors, including commercial and healthcare facilities. Since October 2021, Brad has leveraged expertise in air, energy, security, and plant optimization to enhance facility comfort, safety, and efficiency. Prior to CM3, Brad held key positions in business development and management at Tustin Energy Solutions, LLC, and served as a Sales Engineer at Tustin Mechanical Services, Inc. Earlier career roles include positions as a Mechanical Estimator and Project Manager at both Environmental Air, Inc., and Sentry Mechanical, LLC, as well as starting as a Commercial HVAC/Plumbing CADD Draftsman at LLI Technologies, LLC.
