Wayne Chase

Wayne Chase is an experienced energy efficiency professional currently serving as the Energy Development Manager at CM3 Building Solutions since October 2025, where the focus is on sourcing and developing energy efficiency projects in the Northeastern United States. Previously, Wayne held the position of Director of Post Construction Services at The Efficiency Network, Inc., where responsibilities included leading an engineering team for measurement and verification of savings in performance contracts. Wayne's career also includes roles as a Risk Manager at ENGIE Services U.S. and OpTerra Energy Services, and as a Risk Manager and Savings Risk Analyst at Chevron Energy Solutions, demonstrating a strong expertise in analyzing risk and managing energy performance contracts. Additionally, Wayne founded and led Anime Syracuse, a successful Japanese animation and culture appreciation club, and owned Flying Turtle Toys, a retail and online business. Wayne holds an MBA in Management and Finance from Syracuse University and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University.
