Andy Jaeckle

Andy Jaeckle serves as the Vice President of People Solutions & Engagement at CMA CGM since July 2022 and is the Founder of JKL Consulting, LLC, a human capital services firm established in April 2022 in south Hampton Roads, Virginia. Previously, Jaeckle held various positions at STIHL Inc. from May 2012 to March 2022, including Head of Human Resources and Manager of Employee Relations & Talent Acquisition. Jaeckle also worked at Northrop Grumman Corporation from May 2005 to June 2012 as a Talent Acquisition Manager and held multiple roles at Mindbank Consulting Firm from January 2003 to May 2005. Jaeckle holds a BA in Communication with a focus in Business Administration from the University of Arizona and a Certificate in Business Management from the Raymond A. Mason School of Business at William & Mary.
