Chee Wei Tan is a seasoned professional with a strong background in corporate communications and sustainability initiatives. Currently serving as CSR Lead for APAC Sustainability & Communications at CMA CGM, Chee Wei implements impactful CSR initiatives and collaborates with various stakeholders to enhance sustainability efforts. Previously, Chee Wei held the position of Internal Communications Lead at Shopee, focusing on employee engagement and internal communications within the Product & Engineering People Team. Prior roles at iFAST Corporation Ltd. include Manager and Assistant Manager in Corporate Communications, where responsibilities encompassed internal communications, employee engagement, and support for sustainability strategies. Chee Wei holds a Bachelor of Arts (First Class Honours) in Chinese with a minor in Translation from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Diploma in Mass Communication from Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
