Soha Fouad

Soha Fouad currently serves as the HR, Administration & CSR Director for CMA CGM in Egypt and Sudan since June 2021. Prior to this role, Soha held the position of AGM - Head of Compensation & Benefits at Ahli United Bank Egypt from September 2013 to June 2021, where responsibilities included establishing a qualified team for payroll and HR operations and training HR staff on best practices. Earlier roles include Compensation & Benefits Manager at British American Tobacco, where Soha supported HR Shared Services for North Africa, and HR Officer at The Coca-Cola Company, focusing on compensation alignment and salary surveys. Soha began a career as a Personnel Administrator at Novartis, managing personnel activities according to legal standards. Soha earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Cairo University from 1998 to 2002, following education at Notre Dame des Apotres from 1985 to 1998.
